Instructions :

1. Please note that any registration would be considered complete only after receiving the full payment.

2. The registration fee will cover all conference-related events (access to the conference venue, conference material kit, all coffee/ Tea breaks and lunches during the conference days, entry to cultural events, and the conference dinner).

3. If you need to cancel your registration for the symposium, please inform the organizers as soon as possible. Any cancellation over a month before the event's start (till 21 September 24:00) will be granted a full refund. The terms for later cancellations are defined below.

4. Cancellation penalties regarding the conference fee:

• Between 30 and 15 days (i.e. between 22nd September and 6th October) - 50% refund
• Within 15 days or No show – No Refund
