The main Bus Station in Delhi is the Kashmiri Gate ISBT, which is ~ 4 Km from the Delhi University (North Campus).

From ISBT station, board the metro train going towards
Vishwa Vidyalaya or Samaypur Badli and de-board at the
Vishwa Vidyalaya Metro station (3rd station from ISBT). Then walk for ~ 200 m on the Chaatra Marg and enter from
Gate No. 4 to reach the Conference Center (the Venue).
Delhi has a second Bus Station, the Anand Vihar ISBT, at ~ 14 Km from the Delhi University (North Campus). From Anand Vihar ISBT (16 km), the nearest Metro station is the Anand Vihar Metro station on the Blue Line. From Anand Vihar Metro station, board the metro towards Dwarka and de-board at the Rajiv Chowk Metro Station. Then change to the Yellow Line and board the metro train going towards Vishwa Vidyalaya or Samaypur Badli and de-board at the Vishwa Vidyalaya Metro station (7th station from Rajiv Chowk Metro Station). The amount for the metro token would be: Rs 40/- One can also take a taxi, which will cost ~ Rs 400/-, or an auto, which will cost < Rs 200/- to reach Gate No. 4 at Delhi University (North Campus).
